Worker at a chicken factory

Vriesekoop is an international supplier of chicken breast fillets based in the Netherlands.

Working conditions:

• Work on sorting and packing chicken. (Room temperature +5 degrees)
• Schedule: at least 12:00, in 2 shifts (05:00-17:00, 06:00-18:00), no night shifts.
• On average 55-60 hours per week.
• Payment: 7-8 € / hour. Monthly salary on average from 1300 to 2000 euros.
• Payment by card on the 10th of each month.
• Free accommodation (15 minutes from work), 2 to 4 people per room. (Zoetermeer (NL-5610) / Rosmalen (NL-5582)

Requirements for candidates:

• Couples, or men.
• Age up to 50.
• It is desirable to understand some English, and a driver’s license.
• Assistance in the preparation of documents. Candidates with a ready Polish work visa for at least 5-6 months are considered.

Note on business trip arrangements: A Polish visa is issued, after which an arrival in Poland (Wroclaw / Poznan / Katowice / Lodz) is scheduled, where a branch of a Dutch company is located, they work there for up to 2.5 months while documents for A1 business trips are being prepared, for work in the Netherlands for 3 months. In Poland (the work can be in different vacancies, for example, a clothing warehouse, production of 3D parts, packaging of coffee / tea) The rate under the contract (Umowa o pracę) is at least 2700 gross (approximately 1972 NET) when working 8:00 5 days a week (there may be additional hours and bonuses). Or by (umowa zlecenie) 13-14 PLN / hour. The schedule can be until 12:00 + night shifts. Accommodation 200-300 PLN (4-8 people in a room). Payment to the card on the 10th of each month. After 31 days of work, the process of registration of the A1 business trip for 3 months is launched and the group is transported to the Netherlands (transfer – 250-300 PLN). In Poland, the wait for a business trip can be 1.5-2.5 months.
