Start your job search abroad by attending language courses; your investment in education will pay off many times over in the first few months.

If you are unsure of your language skills, you can count on help in finding a job in Germany from a recruiting agency. The company\’s specialists will select a suitable vacancy, negotiate with the employer, and provide legal support at the stage of signing an employment contract.

It is impossible to get a legal job in Germany without obtaining permits, a visa, and insurance. Preparing a complete package takes several months. Trust the employees of the employment agency. In addition to consulting services, you will receive real help in collecting documents and safely leave for the European Union.

Work in Germany for Ukrainians: vacancies 2026

Employment in the EU countries opens up great opportunities. Job seekers from Ukraine will find work in Germany even without knowing the language. Ukrainians without a high level of labor qualifications will find employment abroad, but great prospects are opening up for highly qualified specialists and people with higher education. Middle-aged and mature job seekers, promising and hard-working youth will go abroad. Working abroad provides an opportunity for career and professional growth, as well as for obtaining a residence permit in a European country.

Who can apply for a high-paying job in Germany?

The highest paid legal jobs in Germany are vacancies for highly qualified Ukrainians.

  • If you speak conversational German or English, you can expect to get a job as a doctor, especially in demand for narrow specialists in psychiatric, rehabilitation centers, health boarding houses. Junior and mid-level medical personnel are always needed – orderlies, nurses, caregivers. Also required are pharmacists and chemists.
  • Engineers and technologists of various profiles are needed, priority is for mechanical engineering. Automotive engineers have good employment prospects in Germany.
  • Earnings are not less than one and a half thousand euros, can reach 5000 if you prove your qualifications.
  • There is a shortage of web designers, IT specialists, programmers, CNC machine operators.
  • Foreign universities from schools are happy to hire teachers from Ukraine, but you will have to prove your level of knowledge. Preference is given to graduates of European and American universities.

Having a minimal knowledge of German, you cannot count on very high earnings, although the wages of drivers and welders are quite decent even by German standards. At the same time, when employed in unskilled specialties, your income will exceed the Ukrainian salary several times. Having a basic level of knowledge of English or German, you can apply for the position of:

  • maid;
  • nurse;
  • general laborer;
  • warehouse worker;
  • cleaner.

Keep in mind that without knowledge of the language you will face high competition. Many Turks and representatives of other nationalities who have received a residence permit in Germany apply for low-skilled jobs.

Employment in Germany for a married couple is not a myth, and two salaries are a great way to reach another financial level in a few months. Full employment is an excellent income for a family, overtime is paid, good results are encouraged with a bonus. You can get a job as a couple both in industrial enterprises and in families or on farms.

How to go to Germany for work – safety rules

Most Ukrainians work in large cities – Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Dortmund. Many intermediaries offer assistance in finding employment in Germany; ads can be seen on the Internet and in advertising newspapers. The higher the demand, the more scammers are looking for easy money. Intermediaries take money for non-existent vacancies, leave people abroad without work, housing and means of subsistence, illegally take Ukrainians to Europe.

A visa to work in Germany is a necessary condition for legalization. Without it, foreigners face deportation. The words of intermediaries that you can get a job using biometrics are an outright lie and a big risk. If you are not sure of your knowledge of the German language, it is better to seek help from an official employment agency. Specialists will not only find a vacancy, but also provide housing, resolve organizational issues with travel and meeting hired workers with the host party.

Do not be afraid to change your life – take a decisive step towards success in Europe.
